Return to tour information



Q. Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?

A.

Yes, but we can accommodate an additional guest or two. We understand that sometimes family or friends drop in unexpectedly. Just shoot us an email and let us know. We like to be prepared.



Q. How many stores on each tour?

A.

It varies from 6-9 stores on each tour. Mostly local shops with a few well know favorites sprinkled throughout .



Q. How long is the tour?

A.

Each tour is approximately 3 – 3.5 hours.



Q. What if the weather is bad?

A.

Rain, shine, sleet or snow. It's never a bad time to Shoparound!



Q. How did you select the stores?

A.

We chose the most unique, easily accessible, and visually pleasing shops. The shops we have chosen give client a range of versatility, exclusivity and more bang for your buck.



Q. Who is this tour appropriate for?

A.

Our clients from of all ages. The whole family can join or you can make it a girls day. all are welcome. Men's private shopping coming soon;)



Q. What if I need to use the restroom?

A.

We will let you know which shops have restrooms you can visit. There will be at least one per tour.



Q. How large is the regular tour?

A.

Tours are a maximum of 8 people.



Q. How large can the group be for a private tour?

A.

We like to keep private tours very intimate. Our staff can accommodate a group up to 8 people or more. Shoot us an email and let us know the specifics.We are sure we will be able to make it work fabulously.



Q. How long are we at each shop?

A.

You will have 20 minutes of shopping time at each store. Our Style Guides and boutique staff will be on hand to help you find the things you need and answer any questions you may have.



Q. What do I do if I need to return/exchange my purchase?

A.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for returns or exchanges. Before you purchase anything, please make sure you understand each shops return/exchange policy. If you ever have any questions, our Style Guides are more than willing to assist you.



Q. What if I am looking for something specific?

A.

Contact us via email and let us know what you have in mind beforehand. We can't guarantee anything, but we will do our best to help you find it.



Q. May I tip?

A.

Absolutely! Our style guides are very knowledgeable so they can keep you in the know. They appreciate your gratitude, so if the mood strikes by all means TIP them!



Q. Is parking available?

A.

Some parking is available in each area. It may be easier to grab a taxi or an uber, especially if you are visiting.
